It's free delivery all around Grande Prairie and overnight delivery to your door anywhere in Alberta. Our distributor, Meat Direct can bring your order to the booth of your local community farmers market, but you have to order one week in advance.
Preheat the outdoor grill to increase heat, then oil the grate lightly.
Mix bison, breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcester sauce, hot sauce, garlic and pepper in a bowl to ma 4 patties. Place the patties on a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil, and refrigerate until cooled for about 15 minutes.
Bake until the centre is hot and pink, about 5 minutes per side. Put a slice of cheese on each burger. Continue to cook until the cheese is melted, another 2 minutes or so. The centre should be (60 degrees Celsius)
